9 small home-improvement businesses I recommend

I always promote using small, locally owned businesses over the national chains. As a real estate agent, here's who I recommend to my clients:

Handyman/Contractor

Inside/Out Home Maintenance & Repair LLC  or Powerhouse Services for everything home. They are my go to for it all! If they can’t help, Darryl (Inside Out) or Brian (Powerhouse) knows someone who can. Both are great guys!

Exterior Cleaning

Veterans Exterior Cleaning for all things exterior, mulch, yard clean up, power-washing. Scott (owner) is a Veteran and will always go above and beyond for his clients.

Exterminator

PestOut for bugs, termites, etc. They’re my go to!

Landscaping

Oasisbuilders for the most amazing patios, hardscapes, and water features. Scott (owner) is one of the most passionate business owners that I know and trust.

HVAC & Plumbing

Danos Mechanical: Danos Mechanical for all things HVAC and plumbing. You have to call Dan. I’ve known him since high school, and it’s cool to see him thrive in this family owned business.

Interior Design

Bloom Interiors: Highly recommend for interior projects big and small. The best designers are from Bloom Interiors.

Electrician

Basford Electric: It’s always important to keep an electrician’s number in your back pocket, and this is one that I can always trust.

House Cleaning

Phenomenal Cleaning: They may not update their Facebook page often, but Jackie & BJ are amazing cleaners and simply incredible people.
