A good Realtor is key to selling your rental property

I was so blessed to work with Mike and Joanna on the sale of their rental property! I have known them for a while as neighbors, and we actually crossed paths a few years ago when they bought one of my listings.

After a few years of managing it as a rental property, Mike and Joanna decided that they wanted to sell. So they reached out to me. I advised them to prep the home like any other, to make it market ready. To start, I connected them with my:

...and they got to WORK! I felt that these updates would maximize profit, so I recommended them and acted as the project manager.
