Their 'someday' dream home came on the market, so they called me

Meet Christina and Eric—a super-sweet couple! One year ago, Eric’s parents moved to the area. His parents were referred to me by a friend of Christina’s, even though I had never met Christina. I loved working with his parents and helping them find a place here. They wanted to be in this area for proximity to their three grandkids (Eric and Christina's kids).

While we were at the home inspection for Eric's parents, Christina described her perfect house and neighborhood to me. They weren’t actively looking for a home—this was really a “sometime in the future” dream.

I didn’t have Christina’s contact info as I had only met her during the purchase of the in-laws’ home. Fast forward one year, and the perfect home that Christina had described to me came on the market. They weren’t looking, but a friend showed them the listing, so they called me.

And guess what? We beat out multiple other offers!!

I'm so excited for them to have their dream forever home!
