How do I have time (and attention) for so many clients at once?

It’s a natural question—and has a very reassuring answer! When you see that I’m selling an average of 47 houses per year, it’s understandable to wonder, “Wait, doesn’t that make her less available for my needs and questions?” Nope.

One key benefit of using a successful Realtor is that I have the financial means to hire a team. Unlike small-time agents who have to wear many hats, I let my talented team handle things like marketing my business and staging houses, so that I’m free to focus my time one-on-one with clients.
It also frees me up to put more attention on the things that an award-winning Realtor does best, like assessing comps, analyzing the market, figuring out your home’s potential or
giving you access to pocket listings.
In other words, I’m actually stretched LESS thin than agents with a small client load… especially since many of them only do real estate part time. This has been my full-time career since right after college graduation.
So, if you’re going to spend on a Realtor, why not use one who can give you more time AND sell your home for more money (or get your dream home for less money!)? Let’s talk.
