But here's where I'm different: I actually invest my own money in the sale of your home. I've got skin in the game, too. For every listing, I personally spend at least $1,000 of my own money making sure your house hits the market set up for success.

• I hire a professional photographer/videographer, which costs on average around $600—sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less.

• I spend at least $500 of my own money on a targeted, social media strategy to advertise your home (such as in the fun Halloween-themed video above) here in the Yorktown/Williamsburg area.

• On average? My videos get over 50,000 views!

I can't share all the secrets, but in the last 2 years, I've partnered with an exclusive marketing company that only works with one Realtor per market. So, I know I'm the only agent that's able to implement this specific ad strategy here in the Yorktown/Williamsburg area.

It's not cheap, but I'm a big believer in the idea that you get what you pay for!
