I spend on staging because it matters THAT much

Okay, I have a confession to make. When you’re selling your home, staging matters….BIG TIME.

That’s why I spend way more money than other agents do on social media marketing and promoting my listings. To be honest, my commission check doesn’t change all that much if I sell a home for $10,000 or even $15,000 more. But, that extra 10 grand makes a HUGE difference for the homeowner. That’s a lot of money!

And that’s the difference when you hire a Realtor who deeply cares about staging a house and aggressively marketing it (go ahead, check out how many video views my listings get compared with other agents').
