Got selling stress? I've got resources.

Over the past several years, I have had clients who need to sell a home that has been in the family for many years. In some cases, their elderly parent has passed away and the family has decided to sell the home. In other cases, the homeowners themselves are retiring and moving away, or just downsizing locally.

This process can be incredibly stressful, mentally and physically. Not only are there relationship dynamics to navigate as you work through the plans with your entire family, but there is usually an avalanche of things to deal with, plus a number of household repairs that need to happen (we call this “deferred maintenance”).
I want to be the LEAST stressful part of this process for my clients.
I do that by having a deep bench of local business owners who can solve problems.
Need a junk removal service to haul away 40 years of stuff? I got a guy: Grit Hounds Junk Removal.
Need an electrician to bring old wiring up to code? I know the best, it’s Basford Electric.
Need a handyman to work through a punch list of 10 items before we can even think about taking photos? You should contact Inside/Out Home Maintenance & Repair, LLC and Power House Painting and Home Improvement.
So, don’t worry. I've helped many families in our area navigate this stressful time. It would be an honor to do the same for you.
